Sahayatra Nepal is a community-based organization established in 2009, dedicated to supporting the LGBTIQA+ community in Kanchanpur District. The organization’s primary goal is to ensure the human rights of the LGBTIQA+ community and improve their access to health services.

कञ्चनपुरमा पहिलो पटक समलैंगिक विवाह दर्ता

कञ्चनपुरमा पहिलो पटक समलिङ्गी विवाह दर्ता भएको छ । कञ्चनपुर जिल्लाको भीमदत्त नगरपालिका मा बैशाख ८ गते पहिलो पटक समलैंगिक विवाह दर्ता भएको हो। लामो समयको अन्तरालको ३ वर्षको सम्बन्ध पछि कागजी रुपमा उनिहरुले विवाह दर्ता गराउनु सफल भएका हुन।

समलिङ्गी विवाह दर्ता गर्ने सर्वोच्चको फैसला पछि बिबाह गर्न पाउने कानुन हुँदा पनि अहिले सम्म कञ्चनपुर जिल्लामा समलिङ्गी विवाह दर्ता भएको थिएन । पहिलो पटक आफूहरूको विवाह दर्ता भएको बताउँदै नाम नखुलाउने सर्तमा उनिहरुले कञ्चनपुरमा खुसी व्यक्त गरेका छन्।
